2013 Oktoberfest hotel deals in Munich, Bavaria, Germany

The traditional Oktoberfest will be held in Munich (at the place called Theresienwiese) between 21 September and 6 October 2013.

Given that prices usually soar the closer we get to the event, we prefer making a free cancellation booking when we find a good deal (the "safety net") and then continue to check from time to time to see whether something better comes up.

We searched the best quality / price ratio hotels for three night stays during the second week-end of Oktoberst (27-30 September 2013) in a double room, breakfast included (after a long night on a beer diet, a hearty breakfast is a great way to start the day).

We looked only for hotels with a guest rating higher than 7.5 on booking.com, within a 2 kilometers radius from the venue (Thereseinwiese), so to walk to the hotel and avoid the taxi fares:
